WILL MY HEALTH INSURANCE COVER THERAPY?

As a courtesy, our office will verify your insurance. However, we are currently only accepting UHC/Optum, TriCare, Florida Blue, and Aetna. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
